About Omaha Mom Prom
We are women focused on empowering women, having fun and helping others.
Our mission is to empower women in a fun, unique way and give back to the community at the same time. Never underestimate the power of a woman.
Mom Prom got its start in Michigan in 2006 and made its way to Omaha for the first time in 2011. It’s a great way for ladies to get dressed up, dance, have fun and help support local nonprofits.
Ashley is mom to Phoenix , Brix , and Jax and has been married to Andrew for 6 years. She is the all star volunteer at her kids’ schools and helps her husband with his business. She loves to get out and meet new people in her free time.
Ashley was introduced to Omaha Mom Prom in 2021 through social media. She loved being able to socialize with friends while supporting a non-profit. She knew after the event she wanted to be a part of it.
Now, today since joining the board. She is excited to uplift women all across the Omaha Metro area while supporting local nonprofits!
Christy was born and raised in Omaha and loves her city! She is getting married this fall to her sweetie of 7 years. She’s a mom of an eleven year old son and soon to be bonus son.
By day she works in corporate America and by night spends her time helping mamas who are struggling with food insecurity, cheering at soccer games, and loving on her family. You can almost always catch her by the water.
Christy is so excited to be on the mom prom team! She is passionate about making a difference on a local level and can’t wait to share the word about this wonderful organization!
Melissa is a boy mom to 3 amazing little people- Leland, Logan and Lucas. She is married to Erik, who is retired from the Air Force. They have 3 dogs Kirby, Bailey and Rusty; as well as 2 Guinea pigs Evelyn and Delaney.
She is a Registered Nurse at Childrens Hospital and Medical Center and works on the Childrens Advocacy Team that specializes is child abuse, neglect and foster care. In her free time she will decompress with crafting, sewing and is a dedicated watcher of Investigation Discovery. Fun fact about her is that she also enjoys watching professional wrestling with her husband.
Jessica is mom to Quinn (12) and Rowan (10) and Frazier (dog). She and Joe celebrated 14 years of marriage in May. She is a urogynecologist with Methodist Physician’s clinic. She loves caring for women and improving their quality of life.
Jessica attended Mom Prom in 2020 and 2021. She is very excited to be a part of the board. Women oftentimes devote much of themselves to support others. Mom Prom is the perfect event to have a great night out with the gals and still be making a major impact on the community. There is no limits to what women can accomplish!!
Ashton is a mom to Jaxon and Lina, and bonus mom to Christopher and Nolan. She is on the PTO Board at school and the Young Professionals Board at her day job. She loves spending her evenings watching the kids at their various activities and spending time with friends.
Ashton was introduced to Omaha Mom Prom in 2020, but didn’t attend until 2021 when she went with a large group of friends. In addition to the friends she attended with, she ran into several people she knew and made many new friends. She volunteered at the 2022 event and decided she wanted to take the next step to be a part of the board.
Ashton is excited for the future events the board will put on and loves seeing amazing women come together to support each other, and our community. She can’t wait to see what wonderful things we can all do when we come together for this next event!
Leslie was born in Omaha, she and her husband Eric will celebrate 25 years together this October. They have 5 children, 2 grandbabies (and another on the way), 6 chickens, 3 dogs and tons of plants! She loves cruising, camping and the ocean. Leslie works for Zurich during the day and spends her free time in the garden, at softball games or playing with grandbabies. Leslie LOVES the 80’s. The hair, the colors, the clothes, the music… all of it.

I am a motivated, competitive, organized, ball of energy. My biggest passion is helping others. We should, ultimately, all strive to become the best version of ourselves. I am a firm believer that there is enough real estate out there for us all to be successful. I am excited to help make this world a better place.

Not a Mom, but a philanthropist at heart with a desire to lend a hand with his different skill sets to help various Omaha charities. Ron has a degree in IT and over 20 years in the graphic arts industry.
